Sub: Charge sheet against Mayawati Government’s Scams & Ghotalas
Your Excellency,
Mayawati’s BSP Government has completed 4th year in Uttar Pradesh. The people of UP had given full, clear and strong mandate for a strong, clean administration to BSP.
Today, the situation is altogether different. People of U.P. find themselves in turmoil.
1. 100 scams of Rs.2,54,000 crores
2. Criminality in corruption.
3. Murder, suicide by and of Government officials
4. Rape and threat to the lives of girl students and young women
5. Corruption at high places
6. Strictures against Ministers by Lok Ayukta
7. Strictures, adverse remarks and recommendations of strong action by
judiciary including the Supreme Court
8. Worsening situation of farmers
9. Abuse of power, acquiring land from farmers in the name of public purpose
at cheaper rate and handing over to big builders
10. Abuse of Government machinery including Police for corrupt practices
including threatening the common man.
To put it in one sentence, the situation in U.P. may be explained as “full of BHAY, BHOOK and BHRASHTACHAR’.
BJP, in the last couple of months, has exposed several instances of high level corruption. We are enclosing few for your ready reference :

• Bhrashtachar has become a Shishtachar during the last 4 years of Mayawati-BSP regime.
• The Murders of CMO’s in past few month is an example.

• Corruption which used to be in percentage earlier has turned into ‘LOOT’ in last two years.
• It seems there is a competition between Congress Govt. at the Centre and Mayawati Government in UP – completion of corruption and loot.
• New terminology evolved in Government Tax system – “MAYA TAX”.
• Every transaction from the bottom to the top[, e.g. Garib Rozgaar Yojana, Bal Pushta Aahar, Vidhwa and Vridha Pension at the bottom or land allotment schemes and Group Housintg schemes at the top, all have a percentage of cut Every transaction to happen has to pay ‘MAYA COMMISSION’.
• Government system as an ATM Machine. Any team money and poor public in UP keep funding this ATM in disguise of a telephone booth, where one gets response only by putting in a coin. What a Mockery of both the government system and the governed?
On 9th July, we produced documentary evidences of Rs.40,000 crore Noida Maha Ghotala.
• Rs.60,000 CRORE ki zameen ‘ Aune Paune daam mein’ Builders ko sirf Rs. 19490 CRORE mein bechi.
• 16 prime plots handed over to 10 hand picked builders.
• The investment seems to be received from tax havens like Mauritius
• 8 out of 13 companies involved in the NOIDA Scam have been incorporated between 2010 & 2011 with capital of Rs.1 lac only.
• AIMS SANYA DEVELOPERS PVT LTD. was incorporated on 06/05/2010 but the deal was finalised on 26/03/2010.
Noida Farm House Ghotala
• In 2010, Noida Authority/Mayawati Government acquired land from farmers for planned industrial development
• They were paid Rs.880/sq.mtr
• The land was gifted in 2010-11 to “big” people for farm houses
• Market price is Rs.15,000/sq.mtr.
BJP released the First Information Report (FIR) on Rs.2,54,000 crore Mayawati’s 100 Ghotale at a function on 7th April 2011 at Lucknow. None has been spared – people from downtrodden, weaker section to the traders.

road construction contract, etc., are allotted to selected

In Vruddha & Vidhawa Vikalang Pension ghotala : Power brokers/
ruling party leaders/ Govt. officials have their
