जिलाधिकारी द्वारा ई.एफ.एम.एस (e-FMS) कार्यदल गठित

मनरेगा में धनराशि के त्वरित सीधे ग्राम पंचायतों को हस्तान्तरण को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए इलैक्ट्रानिक फण्ड मैनेजमेन्ट सिस्टम लागू किया जायेगा। पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में शासन द्वारा आगरा जनपद को भी इस योजना में सम्मिलित किया गया है।
जिलाधिकारी अजय चैहान ने बताया है कि इसके लिए जनपद मेें कार्यदल का गठन कर दिया गया है। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी डा0 रूपेश कुमार प्रशासनिक अधिकारी, परियोजना निदेशक राम ऱक्षपाल सिंह अपर प्रशासनिक अधिकारी,  लीड बैंक प्रबन्धक तथा जिला सूचना विज्ञान केन्द्र के डी.आई.ओ. संजय कुमार को सदस्य नामित किया गया है। सभी खण्ड विकास अधिकारी कार्यदल के सदस्य है।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने विकास भवन पर आयोजित बैठक में पंजीकरण डाटा की अशुद्वियों में सुधार कर डाटा अपडेट कराने, पुराने जाब कार्ड में परिवार के सदस्यों के नाम अंकित कराने, व्यय की प्रबिष्टी पूर्ण कराने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायतों के परिसम्पत्ति रजिस्टर को अद्यावधिक बनाने पर बल दिया।
परियोजना निदेशक श्री यादव ने कहा कि सोशल आडिट का कार्यवृत भी तत्परता से अपलोड कराये। कार्यो की  एम.बी. तथा मस्टर रोल का नियमित विवरण फीड करायें। उन्होंने कहा कि लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों का सत्यापन करलें ताकि ग्राम पंचायतों को धनराशि हस्तान्तरण में कोई त्रुटि न रहे।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने कडे निर्देश दिये कि मनरेगा कार्यो के प्रारम्भ के समय, कार्य के दौरान और कार्य पूर्ण होने पर लिए गये फोटोग्राफ एक सप्ताह के अन्दर अपलोड कराना सुनिश्चित करें।
बैठक में उपस्थित खण्ड विकास अधिकारियों  ने प्रगति आख्या प्रस्तुत की।

परिवहन मंत्री राजा महेन्द्र अरिदमन सिंह ने बताया है कि अजमेर शरीफ में उर्स के मौके पर यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु विशेष बसें चलाई जायेगी। परिवहन मंत्री ने उ0प्र0 राज्य परिवहन निगम के प्रबन्ध निदेशक को अजमेर शरीफ में आगामी 21 मई से 28 मई तक होने वाले उर्स के मद्देनजर यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु आगरा और अलीगढ से विशेष बसें चलाने के निर्देश दिये है।
परिवहन मंत्री ने यह भी स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये है कि यात्रियों को रास्ते में किसी तरह की असुविधा न हो इसलिए अच्छी स्थिति वाली बसे ही चलाई जायें। उन्होंने इन बसों का संचालन 20 मई से ही प्रारम्भ कराने हेतु निर्देश दिये है। उन्होंने क्षेत्रीय प्रबन्धक आगरा व अलीगढ को भी उर्स के लिए बसों के बेहतर संचालन के लिए सभी आवश्यक कार्यवाही समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये है ताकि यात्रियों को कठिनाई न हो।
