जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को सख्त निदेश देते हुए जिलाधिकारी एके सिंह राठौर ने बैठक करके कालाबाजारी मिलावटखोरों पर कार्यवाही करने को कहा था। उसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में अधिकारियों की टीम ने भारी पुलिस बल के साथ सरसों के तेल के कारखानें पर सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट लालमणि मिश्र सीओ सिटी त्रिभुवन सिंह जिला प्रभारी खाद्यनिरीक्षक अमित प्रकाश वर्मा, वीरेंद्र कुमार, ओमपाल के साथ नुमाइश चैराहे पर स्थित शैलेंद्र कुमार की एसके इंटरप्राइजेज के नाम से संचालित सरसों के तेल के कारखानें पर छापा मारा। कारखानें पर मालिक रिश्तेदार राहुल बैठा मिला। घर के अंदर कमरों में भारी मात्रा में तेल खराब स्टाक में मिला। तेल टीन और प्लास्टिक कैन में जो गिनती के 75 अद्द 31 डिब्बे करीब 2 हजार 240 किलोग्राम जिनकी कीमत एक लाख पैतालिस हजार बताई गई। नमूना सीज करके भेज दिया गया है। कार्यवाही रिपोर्ट आने पर की जाएगी। वहीं पर स्थित नन्हें हलवाई और शहर की प्रतिष्ठित मिर्चाराम स्वीट    ्स पर भी कार्यवाही हुई। जहां से खराब छेना मलाई और रसगुल्लें जो खराब हो चुके थे। सड़क पर फिकवाएं गए। जिनको अलग लोग खा लेते तो निष्चित रूप से बीमार हो जाते। मिठाई खोया रबड़ी दूथ मलाई सभी के नमूने भरकर रिपोर्ट जांच हेतु भेज दिया गया है। यह भी तय है इन दोनों प्रतिष्ठानों पर कार्यवाही निश्चित रूप से होगी। जिला प्रशासन की इस कार्यवाही पर पूरे शहर में हड़कंप मच गया है।

बसपा के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव सांसद नरेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने जो गरीबों से मजाक किया है उसके लिए वह संसद में मांफी मांगे नहीं तो हम संसद नहीं चलने देगें। नरेश अग्रवाल गुरूवार को ब्लाॅक मुख्यालय पर 33केवी उपकेंद्र के शिलान्यास पर एक समारोह मंे बोल रहे थे। भाईचारा कैडर कैंप को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र की कांग्रेस सरकार प्रदेश के साथ सौतेला व्यवहार कर रही है। नेशनल हाइवे की मरम्मत हेतु फूटी कौड़ी नहीं दे रही है उन्होंने हरदोई हरियावां मार्ग की मरम्मत हेतु सांसद निधि से 15 लाख रूपए देने की बात भी कही है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने जो मानक बनाया उस 26 रूपए में दो वक्त तो क्या एक वक्त भी खाना गरीब को नहीं मिल पाएगा। प्रदेश में आबादी के सापेक्ष बीपीएल कार्डधारकों की संख्या 5 लाख होनी चाहिए। लेकिन केंद्र इसके लिए क्यों नहीं तैयार हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि 33केवी विद्युत उपकेंद्र का निर्माण होगा। बसपा के जोनल कोआर्डिनेटर जनजाति आयोग के सदस्य नेकपाल भारती ने सरकार की उपलब्धियों गिनाई। तथा सदर विधायक नितिन अग्रवाल ने भी हरियावां बावन के विकास की योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। इस अवसर पर ब्लाॅक प्रमुख प्रेम सिंह ने भी विकास का वादा किया। संचालन जिलाध्यक्ष शिवदत्त ने किया। नरेश गोयल, प्रदीप राजवंशी, भोला नाथ सहित सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।

The Rashtriya Lok Dal has demanded that the Central Bureau of Investigation probe the Noida allotment scam even as the Allahabad High Court has cancelled the allotment of land in three villages of Greater Noida.

The Hon’ble court has cancelled the land acquisition of Asadallapur, Devla and Shahberi villages and said that the farmers who have taken compensation can return the amount and claim back their land. The court has said a secretary-level officer should probe the land scam. However, the Rashtriya Lok Dal president Chaudhary Ajit Singh demanded
that since Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati, various ministers and top officials and builders are involved in the scam, it is imperative that a central agency like the CBI probe the scam and put the culprit behind bars. The RLD said any secretary-level officer would not be able to complete any probe and would be pressurized by the corrupt Mayawati regime and only a central agency would be able to book the guilty.

“The court has cancelled the allotment of three villages. However, those who are involved in the scam are getting off scotfree.  I demand that the Centre intervene, and the CBI probe the scam to book the guilty,” Chaudhary Ajit Singh said in New Delhi. Mayawati’s Government has favoured the builders promoting residential apartments,
commercials complexes and even golf courses displacing farmers who where deprived of their livelihood. All due processes were done away with in the name of urgency, and the actual use of the land is not for industrialization as promised to the landowners at the time of acquisition. The judgement has satisfied the builders, may provide relief to the investors, but it is not in favour of the farmers. “The bankers, builders are happy, while the investors are watching. Why hasnt even one officer, and their political masters, including the CM been held culpable, Chaudhary Ajit Singh said.

Earlier, the Rashtriya Lok Dal General Secretary and Member of Parliament Jayant Chaudhary has strongly pitched for freeing local development bodies from the clutches of the property dealers mooted for a Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to be  established to check malpractices by builders and authorities. Ensuring that the local development bodies (like the Noida, Lucknow or the Ghaziabad Development Authority) look after the interest of those investing in their dream houses, and also do not misuse their powers to the detriment of the landowners, Jayant Chaudhary, backed a move to
establish the RERA by raising the issue under Rule 377 in the last session of the Lok Sabha.
