भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने प्रदेश के पशुधन एवं दुग्ध विकास मंत्री अवधपाल यादव के स्वेच्छा से दिए गए त्याग पत्र को लोकायुक्त रिपोर्ट में गम्भीर आरोपों के कारण मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा मजबूरी में लिया गया फैसला बताया है। पार्टी के प्रवक्ता विजय बहादुर पाठक ने कहा कि बसपा सरकार में घोटालों की बाढ़ आ गई है। सत्ता में बैठे लोग लूट खसोट में लगे हैं। विधान सभा सत्र के दौरान इन मंत्री महोदय के कारण तमाम व्यवधान आए। मुख्यमंत्री ने विपक्ष की बात नहीं मानी। लोकायुक्त की रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक हो जाने के कारण मजबूरी में लिया गया फैसला है।  उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी ने सरकार पर भ्रष्टाचार के गम्भीर आरोप लगाए हैं। जिसकी शिकायत महामहिम राष्ट्रपति महोदया तथा उ0प्र0 के महामहिम राज्यपाल महोदय से पार्टी कर चुकी है। पार्टी की मांग है भ्रष्ट मंत्रियों के परिसम्पत्तियों की जांच कराई जाए।

मंगलवार को सुबह जैसे ही टीवी चैनलों पर सूचना आई लोगांे का गुस्सा आक्रोश पर आवाजें बुलंद करने हेतु सड़को पर निकल कर आ गए। जिसमें समाजसेवी संगठन, अधिवक्ता व्यापारी राजनैतिक कार्यकर्ता स्टूडेंट महिला संगठन व वृद्ध सभी लोगों द्वारा बस एक ही नारा अन्ना तुम संघर्ष करों हम तुम्हारें साथ है भ्रष्टाचार संबंधी सभी लामबंद थे। कोई संगठन पुतला फूंक रहा है तो कोई ज्ञापन देकर विरोध प्रकट कर रहा है। तो कचहरी परिसर से निकलकर अधिवक्ता नारे लगाते हुए मानों श्रंखला बनाकर विरोध दर्ज करवाया। जगह जगह यातायात जाम रहा। अधिकारियों द्वारा प्रयास करके अवरूऋ मार्ग को किसी प्रकार खुलवाकर यातायात चालू करवाया। हमारें संवाददाता ने प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया जानी तो कुछ विचार इस प्रकार के थे। गायत्री परिवार के प्रमुख भगवत शरण अवस्थी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस परिवार का अंत सन्निकट है। आने वाले समय में यह जनता ही बताएंगी। समाजसेवी सेवानिवृत्त डा. एसके सिंह ने कहा कि लोकपाल विधेयक लाकर केंद्र सरकार ने जनता से धोखा किया है। तो अधिवक्ता विरेंद्र सिंह ने अन्ना गिरफ्तारी पर कंेद्र सरकार की लोकतंत्र की हत्या बताया। महिला अधिवक्ता सरस्वती त्रिपाठी समाजसेवी नेता रीता सिंह केंद्र के दमनकारी नीति का परिणाम भोगने की चेतावनी दे डाली। भाजपा पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष रामबहादुर सिंह ने कांगे्रस को मानसिक दिवालिया पन का द्योतक बताया। सपा जिलाध्यक्ष शराफत अली ने कहा कि हमारी पार्टी अन्ना की हर बात समर्थन करती है बसपा जिलाध्यक्ष ने प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करना उचित नहीं समझा। जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अजय सिंह से जब हमारें संवाददाता ने संपर्क करना चाहा तो उनका मोबाइल बंद था।

Rashtriya Lok Dal General Secretary and Member of Parliament Jayant Chaudhary today strongly pitched for freeing local development bodies from the clutches of the property dealers and mooted for a Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to be established to look after the interests of the buyers.

Ensuring that the local development bodies (like the Noida or Lucknow Development Authority or Ghaziabad Development Authority) look after the interest of those investing in their dream properties, Jayant Chaudhary backed a move to establish the RERA by raising the issue under Rule 377 of the Lok Sabha concerning a matter of public importance.

“With clear indications that Local Development Authorities are in the pockets of developers, it is essential that a Real Estate Regulatory Authority be established to look after the interests of buyers,” Jayant Chaudary, MP from Matthura, said in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday. “Such an authority needs to ensure transparency of projects and ensure that builders provide all facilities to buyers,” he said. It is pertinent to mention that the Shahberi Judgment by the Supreme Court brings to light the problems faces by property buyers all across the country but nothing has been done in this regard and the buyers who are duped are left to go the courts to seek legal recourse just in case they do not get the promised deal by the real estate developers. Alongwith the provision mentioned in the Model Real Estates Act, it is necessary that the Authority also look into property valuation, ensure that builders use funds acquired by buyer for a particular project use it only for that project and that they sell projects only after acquiring 80-85 percent of the land required.

“Urban Planners have also failed to ensure affordable housing, it is necessary for the government to take step and ensure that lands be provided for cost effective housing projects,” Shri Chaudhary said in the Parliament.

It has been noticed that property dealers often mislead the buyers and real estate developers dupe the buyers, who have very little legal recourse – often time consuming and an expensive proposition. By establishing the RERA, the problems of the buyers would be nipped in the bud.
