The Uttar Pradesh Government has raised the daily duty allowance from Rs. 170 to Rs. 210 payable to homeguard volunteers deployed on commercial duty at various public enterprises, local bodies, educational institutions, government and semi-government institutions.
A government order in this regard has been issued as per the information received from the department.
