The pre-application conference for development of Agra to Lucknow Access Controlled Expressway Project was held on 24th April 2013 at The Grand, New Delhi. The conference was conducted by UPEIDA and was chaired by Principal Secretary, Infrastructure & Industrial Development, Government of UP, besides the Chairman & CEO of UPEIDA, CEO of YEIDA and other senior officers of Government of UP.

Apart from Government officials, the prominent prospective developers such as GVK, GMR, Essel Infra, Vinci Concessions, Jaypee Infra, SREI Infrastructure, Supreme, PNC Infratech, Soma, Gammon India, Leighton – Welspun, IL&FS, Uniquest Infra, Transtroy and Punj Lloyd also participated in the conference.

Principal Secretary, IID, GoUP gave the opening remarks and welcomed the participants to the conference and assured them of all help in smooth implementation of the project. Chairman & CEO, UPEIDA initiated the conference with a brief on the Authorities and the activities being pursued by Government of UP. The consultants M/s Feedback Infra gave the brief on the project. All participating Developers made their queries to the ‘Request for Qualification’ document which were responded and clarified in the conference. The detailed clarifications to the queries shall also be uploaded on the official website of UPEIDA i.e. www.upeida.in by 30th April 2013.
