Sahara India Pariwar, a major business conglomerate of India, forayed into the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and quality consumer merchandise retail sector with the launch of ‘Sahara Q Shop’ on 15th August 2012.

‘Sahara Q Shop’ was set with the aim to provide unadulterated, standardized high 100% quality products to the citizens of India at the right prices in food (staples and processed food) non food (personal care and home care), General Merchandise, Consumer Durables and Lifestyle products. In phase 1, Sahara Q Shop conducted a pilot project for its exclusive retail model in select cities and received overwhelming response from esteemed customers and exclusive retailers, expanded their footprints in Delhi and NCR.

Sahara Q Shop is scouting for active partners in selling Sahara Q Shop’s unadulterated, standardized high 100% quality Consumer Merchandise products as its Franchisee/exclusive retailer. Exclusive Franchisee Retail is a unique model launched by Sahara Q Shop in 3 formats of 300 sq. ft., 400 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft. area.  Each of the franchisee/ exclusive retailer will be given full range of 100% adulteration free standardized high quality products spread across 188 unit products and 250 Stock Keeping Units (SKU) to sell from the store. Each franchisee/exclusive store will cater to 500 to 750 households in its neighbourhood.

The company will provide all the necessary training, collaterals, in-store branding, marketing support to successfully run the store. The average monthly sale expected is Rs. 5,00,000/ to Rs. 8,50,000/- from 300 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. respectively. Sahara Q Shop will have fully operational 2000 franchisee/ exclusive retailers for the convenience of esteemed customers.
