Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav, president of the Samajwadi Party, and Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, president of the U.P. Samajwadi party, will release a book “Dr. Lohia : Aaj ke sandarbha mein” (Lohia in today’s context) at the 102nd birth anniversary of the socialist thinker, Dr. Rammanohar Lohia, at Lohia Park here on Friday morning.
The book is at authored by veteran journalist, Mr. K. Vikram Rao, and contains his articles on Lohia during the past 40 years in various Hindi journals, including the Dharmayug and Dinman weeklies, and the Daily Hindustan, Amar Ujala, Rashtriya Sahara, Jansatta, Prabhat Khabar (Patna), among others. Published by the Anamika Prakashan, Delhi, the book has a foreword by eminent writer Mr. Mastram Kapoor, whose nine volumes on the complete works of Lohia was published some time ago.
