NRHM Scam has crossed Uttar Pradesh border and spread to Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The Congress Government had met with similar type of NHRM Scams in Rajasthan and Maharashtra also.  Presently under the Court directives CBI is investigating NRHM Scam of Uttar Pradesh. The NRHM formed to provide health services to downtrodden has met with corruption charges in Uttar Pradesh.  Dr. Kirit Somaiya has asked question to Congress – why this has happened in Rajsthan also.

108 ambulances purchased under NRHM by the Rajasthan Government are also facing charges of corruption.

•    Non-transparent contract to ZIQITZA Health Corporation Limited.

•    Supplying ambulances and also supportive medical services.

•    The Company is registered in Mumbai.

•    Directors of the Company belong to Congress Union Minister’s/leader’s family.

•    Terms and conditions were amended to accommodate those Congress leaders’ families.

•    The contract through competitive bidding designed to favour ZIQITZA Health Corporation Limited.

Dr. Kirit Somaiya asked Congress to response.

•    Disclose name of the Directors, son of a Union Minister involved.

•    Full details about the company, beneficiaries, etc.

•    Reasons for designing the terms and conditions to accommodate ZIQITZA.

•    Explanation – why relaxation was made specifically for ZIQITZA.

•    Status of inquire and investigation.
