Now Mayawati’s friends and family have formed a civil aviation company to carry on Airline and Air Transport business in any part of the world. Indiana Air Private Limited is the company formed by Mayawati’s Brother’s Group Company in 2011 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Dr. Kirit Somaiya, BJP National Secretary and Chairman, Scam Expose Committee has released the documents, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, the Registration Certification, etc. of Indiana Air Private Limited at Lucknow.  He also disclosed the documentary evidences of connection of Indiana Air Private Limited with Anand Kumar’s (Mayawati’s brother) Company.

It may be noted that BJP has exposed 300 bogus companies of Mayawati’s family and friends Group. Today Dr. Somaiya has released a list of few more companies of this Group registered in 2011.

One of these companies is Indiana Air Private Limited -

•    Registered with Registrar of Companies, Delhi, Government of India.
•    Address – Parmesh Corporate Tower, Karkardoma, Delhi

The main objects are

1.    To carry on business, in any part of the world as an airline and air transport and to provide air transport services and carry out all other forms of aerial work, whether on charter terms or otherwise, and to carry on any other trade or business or do anything which is calculated to facilitate or is auxiliary to or associated with such business.

2.    To buy, sell, manufacture, recondition, repair, alter, improve, manipulate, prepare for market, let and take on hire, and generally deal in all kinds of aircraft and other apparatus of every description capable of being flown or navigated in the air whether powered or not.

3.    Repairs and servicing of aircraft

The Corporate Affairs Ministry after due diligence, processing with all the documents, capacity/capabilities of the company sanction/grants registration to a company. In case of Indiana Air Private Limited with major 5 objects the Corporate Affairs Ministry has granted sanction.

Dr. Somaiya has charged that to carry on airlines and air transport business to buy, sale, manufacture aircraft, etc. to have airlines in any part of the world, a group/company must have capacity of hundreds crores of rupees.

The Indiana Air Private Limited is linked to Anand Kumar through web of companies.

•    Mayawati’s brother Anand Kumar and Sister-in-law Vichitralata own Ashish Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and Adept Realcon Pvt. Ltd.  These two companies are controlled by DKB Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Anand Kumar’s Group.

•    Anand Kumar became owner of DKB Infrastructure through Agroha Savings Limited.

•    Agroha Savings is a group company of Anand Kumar and Mayawati’s friends and family.

•    Indiana Air Private Limited formed by the same Group.

•    Anand Kumar Group’s have around one dozens Promoters/Directors who have formed 300 companies, one of which is Indiana Air Private Limited.

Dr. Somaiya has demanded details and disclosure of the finance, financers and beneficiaries of Indiana Air Private Limited.

The details on what basis Government of India gave permission to this company for civil aviation/air transport business.
