Scam likely to cross web of 300 companies & Rs 10,000 crore : Kirit Somaiya

Anand Kumar Brother of Mayawati & Kapil Mishra 20 year old Son of Satish Mishra BSP Leader & right hand of Mayawati, came together in 2007 to form dozens of scandalous companies to hide the scam money. Dr Kirit Somaiya BJP National Secretary & Chairman of Scam Expose Committee today released the list & documents of 125 companies of this group, hiding thousands of crores. Dr Somaiya stated that the total number of benami & scandalous companies of Anand Kumar Group likely to cross 300 covering scam of Rs 10,000 crores.

Dr Somaiya released documents of half a dozen companies of Satish Mishra Family showing crores of benami income. Surprisingly all members of Mishra family are Directors/Share Holders/ Owners in these companies.

After BJP exposed the Scam of Web of Scandalous Companies Mr. Satish Mishra has acknowledged the scam by withdrawing/resignation of all family members secretly on 30th November 2011.

The Group Anand Kumar consists of Anand Kumar, Dr Sukhdev Kumar, Deepak Bansal, Yadav Singh, Kapil Satish Mishra & others

BJP has filled official complaints with Ministry of Company Affairs, Enforcement Bureau & Central Board of Direct Taxes.

Modus Operandi is same in all these companies. Abnormal Income of Hundreds of Crores from unknown sources, scandalous income from vayada bazaar, and income from ghost companies e.g.

This Company was formed by unknown persons in 1992. No transactions in years together. In 2007 Anand Kumar & group purchased this company in scandalous manner. As per the financial statements submitted & signed by Anand Kumar & group to Registrar of Companies there is no business but The Shares of the Company was purchased @ Rs 400 by Unknown Companies. Anand Kumar & Satish Mishra families have earned hundred crores by these benami/scandalous transactions.
