Anand Kumar’s 26 Ghost-Bogus Companies Names Released by Somaiya

Mayawati Family, her brother Anand Kumar has parked thousand crores of scandalous money through Ghost-Dummy Companies at NOIDA. BJP National Secretary & Chairman, Scam Expose Committee, Dr. Kirit Somaiya today released a list of 26 companies linked with dubious transactions,   investments and dealings at NOIDA. Dr Somaiya said that this is part of the Rs.1 lac crore Noida Scam of Mayawati Govt. and added that more than 100 such companies are involved in the Noida Ghotala.

In Uttar Pradesh, the names Anand Kumar, Sukhdev Kumar, Deepak Bansal and Yadav Singh are synonymous with many ghost companies formed over the past 3-4 years to park and siphon off crores of money earned through dubious means. These are dummy-front companies of Mayawati Family. Used for money laundering & to park scam money.

As a case in point, he cited examples of DKB Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and Navin Infra Developers and Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Aashish Construction (P) Ltd. & Adept Realcon Pvt.Ltd.

DKB Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd.
•    Mayawati Family ( Anand Kumar- Brother & Vichiter Lata – Bhabi) owns this company through their ( Front Companies) companies.
•     Aashish Construction Pvt. Ltd. & Adept Realcon Pvt. Ltd.
•    Dubious Income / Transaction of Rs. 34 Crore
•    Profit/ Income from Vayada Bazar – Commodity Exchange shown as Rs.30 Crore.
•    Rs.37.41 Crores shown as Cash & Bank Balance on 31/3/2011.

ADEPT REALCON PVT.LTD.
•    Fully owned Company of Anand Kumar & Vichiter Lata ( Mayawati’s Brother  & Bhabi )
•    Company formed just 2 years back
•    Almost whole of the income of Rs.15 Crore ( In last 2 years)  are shown as profit. What type of income/ business it is ?

NAVEEN INFRADEVELOPERS AND ENGINEERS PVT.LTD
•    Company formed in 2008/09
•    Mayawatiji’s brother Anand Kumar & his wife Vichiter  Lata are now Owner of the company.
•    Total turnover of the company in last 3 years ( Since formation is Rs.30,000)
•    Suddenly in 2011 the Company received un-secured loan of Rs.67 Crore.
•    The company gave Rs.62.90 Crore loans/Advances in the year 2011.

ASHISH CONSTRUCTION PVT.LTD.
•    Two year old Company
•    Fully owned by Mayawati’s Pariwar i.e. Anand Kumar ( Brother) & Vichiter Lata ( Bhabhi)
•    Income in these 2 years only Rs. 8000/-
•    Major Investment/ Shares in Subsidiaries/ Other Companies

Yadav Singh – Chief Engineer – Noida
Last week, Dr. Somaiya had released a list of one dozen companies linked with Chief Engineer, Noida, Mr. Yadav Singh & his family members Wife Kusum Lata, Son Sunny Yadav, Daughter    Karuna Yadav & another daughter Garima Yadav (Garima Bhushan)

Mauritius Connection
While scrutinizing the transactions and investments in these dubious companies, investment from fictitious Mauritius companies has also been found.

The Scam
•    Money laundering and Investment of scam money in Noida Plots
•    Non-transparent allotment of Noida land to such dubious companies
•    Involvement of “friends and relatives” of Mayawati Government
•    More than Rs.10,000 crores non-transparent transaction/investment.

BJP demands –
1.    Investigation of all such companies linked with Noida scam by a Special Investigation Team.
2.    Action against “friends and relatives” of Mayawati Government
3.    Investigation of Ghost companies by Serious Fraud Office.
