“Rs.1 lac crore Noida scam beneficiaries be investigated by a special investigation team” demanded Dr. Kirit Somaiya, BJP National Secretary & Chairman, Scam Expose Committee.

Today, Dr. Somaiya released documents relating to the companies of Noida Authority Chief Engineer, Mr. Yadav Singh.  He has demanded inquiry about the property, investment,  connections, interest of Mr. Yadav Singh and his family with the following companies :

•    In the next year, i.e. as on 31st March 2009, the Company Accounts shows paid up gone up to Rs.1 lac, net fixed assets gone up to Rs.5,47,81,832.
•    Kusum Lata, wife of Mr. Yadav Singh, is one of the owners/directors.

Kusum Garments Pvt.Ltd.

•    Mr. Yadav Singh’s wife Kusum Lata, daughter Karuna, son Sunny, another daughter Garima are main owners-directors of this company.
•    Company had capital of Rs.100, turnover of Rs.2,300 in 2007.
•    Suddenly, now the company/assets net worth/market value has gone up to more than Rs.2 crores.

There are several such investments, companies of Mr. Yadav Singh, Chief Engineer of Noida Authority.

BJP demands investigations of this nexus by a special investigation team.
