Where the public would go if saviour becomes killer. This situation has occurred in UP lately, where elected representative belonging to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) have been behaving like criminals and State Government is lending no ear to the hue & cry of people. They are trembling with fear.

A delegation of BJP Human Rights Cell led by Sudhir Aggarwal, National Convener, Human Rights Cell, BJP along with Sh. Raghvender Singh, Ravi Satija, Manoj Sharma, Rishi Mohan, Ashok Tiwari, Shiv Kumar Yadav (Guddu), among others met Hon’ble Governor of UP. A Memorandum on situation of Lawlessness, Misrule and Failure of Constitutional machinery in the State was given to the Hon’ble Governor. The delegation also submitted detailed case study in which elected BSP legislatives are involved in heinous and criminal activities of rapes, murder, kidnapping and looting. Sudhir Aggarwal on behalf of Cell also apprised Hon’ble Governor about situation in Bhatta Parsaul villages and submitted copy of report on visit of delegation of BJP Human Rights Cell to the affaceted villages. He also explained His-Excellency, how gross violation of human rights shattering confidence level of general public in the democratic system of governance.

Human Rights Cell demanded Hon’ble Governor to take steps to cure the wounds of lakhs of sufferers, recommend the Centre for removal of Mayawati Government on the basis of situation of Lawlessness, Misrule and Failure of Constitutional machinery in the State and continuous gross violations of basic human Rights in the State.

Sudhir Aggarwal submitted also a Petition to State Human Rights Commission, Lucknow on gross violations of Human Rights in the State by Ministers and MLAs of BSP Government .

Sub:    Request with Hon’ble Governer, to interfere and use power under Article 356; due to the conditions of lawlessness, Misrule and Failure of Constitutional machinery in the State

His Excellency,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the state of lawlessness, misrule and constitutional failure is prevalent today in the State.
(ii)    Many of the elected legislative members of ruling Bahujan Samaj Party are involved in rapes, kidnappings, loot & other heinous crimes.
(iii)   Out of fear and vested interests, Police and Administrative officials are unwilling to take action against culprits, rather they are engaged more in organizing press conferences to shield them.
(iv)   Hon’ble Chief Minister herself is taking all decisions just in the light of political advantages and behaving deaf ear to the people’s plight. People have to lay before her car just to talk to her and then fight for justice come to end when next day they find themselves in jail.
(v)    Citizen’s belief & faith in the government, administration and constitution are getting eroded.
(vi)   Hon’ble Sir, does getting majority in government gives open license to crush innocent citizens and to misuse administration according to the will and fancy.

Hon’ble Sir, in order to keep intact peoples faith in the government and constitution and to save the State from utter lawless ness and the conditions constitutional failure, your direct interference under Article 356 is a dire need of the hour.

Hon’ble Sir, we present before you with all the detailed information and evidences of above mentioned sheer lawlessness.
