Magnificent opening of ‘International Innerscape-2010′ on 18 December in CMS
A three-day educative festival ‘International Innerscape-2010′ being convened by City Montessori School, Mahanagar is going to be opened on 18 December at 4.00 pm at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Hon’ble Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, Mr Justice Ferdino Inacio Rebello will be the Chief Guest on the occasion and the Mayor of Lucknow, Dr Dinesh Sharma and Senior Resident Editor of Hindustan Times, Ms Sunita Aron would grace the ceremony as Special Guest of Honour for boosting up the morale of participants came from India and abroad. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that CMS Mahanagar has convened this international event from 18 to 20 December for the personality development of differently abled and dumb and deaf children by providing ample opportunity to such children from India and abroad to display their skill and develop personality.
Mr Sharma informed that the students teams have started reaching Lucknow from abroad and various states of India to participate in ‘International Innerscape-2010′. Approximately 250 participants from various schools / institutions belonging to Sri Lanka, Australia, Oman and India are testing their calibres in this international event. The teams that are reaching Lucknow today include Holy Cross Convent Special School, Mumbai; Mentaid, Kolkata; Viklang Kendra (Umang School), Allahabad and the team of Savali Association, Pune, Maharashtra was given a warm reception on reaching here. Several other teams from India and abroad will be reaching late night today and tomorrow morning. Mr Sharma said that these children have immense potential and skills and they want to move ahead courageously with full enthusiasm. With this view several junior and senior category competitions viz moulding, painting, debate, computer skills, puzzles and cultural items will be held during Innerscape. All the events will be held at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium.
Mr Sharma said that this event for mentally and physically challenged children will definitely give a new dimension to our popular teaching methodology, through which a message will be propagated to promote the personality of these children also besides normal children. Even in 21st century it is a marathon task to chisel and recognize the talents of disabled, visually challenged or the children suffering from down syndrome, yet CMS Mahanagar took up this challenge which will prove to be a tremendous opportunity for mentally and physically challenged and dumb and deaf children during this international event.
